Coaching & Facilitation
Develops coaching cultures within organisations by offering their executives and other leaders a supportive and challenging space for personal and professional development (usually 6-10 coaching sessions);
Develops executives and other leaders who are seeking their own supportive and challenging space for personal and professional development outside of their organisations (usually 6-10 coaching sessions);
Facilitates team, organisational and/or partnership development thinking and planning days; and
Facilitates Action Learning Sets.
As Maggie's background is in International Development and she is passionate about social justice and integrative health, she is open to exploring consultancy contracts in the not for profit (particularly the International Development) sector.
A couple of examples of consultancy contracts she has carried out in the international development sector are:

Sat on the Recruitment Panel for the new Chief Executive of the Keeping Children Safe Coalition.
