Monday, 11.30am-1.00pm; Tuesday, 6.30-8.00pm; Friday, 2.00-3.30pm.

Yoga & Meditation Holidays 2020
Maggie follows the Iyengar Pune Cycle
Each week of the month there is a different focus:
Week 1: Standing Poses
Week 2: Forward Bends
Week 3: Back Bends
Week 4: Restorative & Pranayama.
If there are more than 4 weeks in the month, Maggie focuses on something in particular like shoulder work
Maggie spent the months of October 2017 & September 2019 in Pune India, studying at Iyengar Yoga HQ.
She attends classes, workshops & conventions regularly with senior Iyengar teachers.
Maggie is also studying for a postgraduate degree in Traditions of Yoga & Meditation at
London University's School of Oriental & African Studies.
She loves sharing her knowledge and experience with her students!
Maggie may be working with Gitte Bechsgaard (Founder of the Vida Institute and author of Gift of Consciousness, which had BKS Iyengar's stamp of approval) to roll out a more basic version of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali Course, which involves Vedic chanting, philosophy, and embodiment of the teachings through yogasansas, pranayama and the inner limbs of yoga.
Maggie took the course in 2014-15 with Gitte and Sheila Haswell and is keen to pass on this knowledge.
