Maggie teaches Iyengar Yoga in person, in North London, and online. She also organises regular yoga holidays, where you can begin or deepen your practice.

Maggie follows the Iyengar Pune Cycle

Each week of the month there is a different focus:

​

Week 1: Standing Poses
Week 2: Forward Bends

Week 3: Back Bends
Week 4: Restorative & Pranayama.

​

If there are more than 4 weeks in the month, Maggie focuses on something in particular like shoulder work.

​Maggie may be working with Gitte Bechsgaard (Founder of the Vida Institute and author of Gift of Consciousness, which had BKS Iyengar's stamp of approval) to roll out a more basic version of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali Course, which involves Vedic chanting, philosophy, and embodiment of the teachings through yogasansas, pranayama and the inner limbs of yoga.

 

Maggie took the course in 2014–15 with Gitte and Sheila Haswell and is keen to pass on this knowledge.
